The Residential Blocks we manage include both freehold houses and blocks of flats, and vary from 6 – 300 properties. As they are all different, with specific needs and requirements, we provide a tailored service. Whether it is the management of private roads, grounds, gates, play areas or woodland, we can help.
As Block Managers we feel it is imperative that we are professional and responsive. We are members of the RICS and we are also Members of The PRS Scheme. Our office is staffed six days a week and we run an emergency helpline, which is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Services we offer include collecting maintenance contributions on behalf of the Management Company, effective maintenance budgeting (including the building of reserves), appointing and managing contractors such as gardeners, tree surgeons and gate specialists, arranging routine maintenance, Company administration and all other aspects of Residential Block Management.
